The New York Giants have dodged the "Hard Knocks" bullet yet again. Sources are reporting the Houston Texans will be the center of this years Hard Knocks. As much as I wanted to see Rex Ryan again, this time head coach of the Buffalo instead of the Jets I like this choice...
